Here’s a quick ‘how to guide’ for placing an order online with us.
Search for the product you’re after – just enter the product name, brand, or category of the item you’re looking for in the search box at the top of the page. Once you’ve found the product select ‘Add to cart’.
Once you’re ready, select ‘My Cart’ (top right of the page, with the little shopping trolley on it) to checkout or view your cart.
Follow the steps in the checkout to enter your contact details, choose you’re delivery options, and proceed to payment.
Enter your payment details. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, Amex, bank transfers, and other methods.
Check your details and hit ‘Pay now’.
Done deal! Your order is complete, and we’ll send you a confirmation email with all the details and delivery/collection information.
Why are the prices so low?
We’re able to keep our pricing low by being an online-only retailer. This means that we do not have an expensive store front to maintain, and can operate more efficiently so that we can offer our customers the best possible prices.
How do I cancel my online order?
We move fast to get our orders packed and dispatched as fast as possible. If your order hasn’t already been packed, we should be able to cancel your order.Please note that some orders may not be able to be changed or cancelled once the order has been accepted.If you need to cancel an delivery order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us.
Is this item in stock and ready for dispatch?
Products that are showing as being in stock on our site are, to the best of our knowledge, available and ready for immediate dispatch. In the rare case that our database does not align with our actual inventory or we cannot physically locate an item, we will promptly refund and inform you of the situation.
Can I pick up an order? Where is your pick-up location?
Yes, contactless pickup is possible in our warehouse by appointment on weekdays between 1:00 and 4:30 pm once you have placed an order online. Bank transfer and credit card are the only payment methods accepted.
How long will it take to get my package?
We strive to ship all orders in a short time if payment has been made instantly to our account before the deadline. Please note that bank transfer may delay delivery. Please see our shipping policy for more information.
I’ve placed my order and haven’t received any further updates. What do I do?
Please email us with the details of your order, and we will investigate and provide an update on the status of your order as soon as possible.
