Your right to cancel your order:
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving a reason. The time limit for cancelling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the product. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision with a clear explanation. You can inform us of your decision in the following ways:
We will refund you immediately from the day we receive the returned goods.
Refunds
Packages are generally dispatched within 3-6 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via our own courier service.
However, if the execution does not take place at the latest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract, the customer can easily withdraw from the sale by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. Otherwise, the customer can cancel the contract by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. The contract is deemed concluded upon receipt of this letter, all expenses included, unless it has been executed in the meantime; the sums paid by the customer will then be returned to him, without interest or compensation, at the latest within 14 days following the cancellation of the contract.
The product must be returned in perfect condition. If necessary, it must be accompanied by all accessories. The consumer customer can find a standard order cancellation form in our General Sales Conditions, which are sent to Read Generators. It is understood that the customer will bear the cost of returning the product in the event of cancellation, as well as the cost of returning the product if, due to its nature, it cannot normally be returned by post.
If the above obligations are not met, the customer loses his right of withdrawal and the product will be returned to him at his expense.
The same method of payment used by the customer in the original transaction will be used for the refund, unless the customer expressly agrees that the seller may use another method of payment and the customer will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
Seller also reserves the right to defer the refund until receipt of the product or until Customer has provided proof that the product has been shipped, unless such proof has been provided in advance.
Return Policy
In order for goods to be returned, please ensure the following:
The goods were purchased within the last 30 days. The products are in their original packaging.

-Delivery of goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned or which are likely to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiration date has passed. -the delivery of goods which cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been removed after delivery. -For the delivery of goods which, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse the return of any item that does not comply with the above return policy. Refunds can only be issued on products sold at regular price. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable. This exclusion may not apply to you if applicable law does not allow it.
Return of goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods. Refunds will be made immediately after the goods are shipped. You must send the goods to 2 Montfichet Road, London E20 1NN, United Kingdom.
We are not responsible for damaged or lost products when they are returned. Therefore, we recommend that mail be insured and traceable. In the absence of actual receipt of the goods or proof of receipt of the return, we cannot issue a refund.
Gifts
If products were marked as gifts at the time of purchase and shipped directly to your home, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, you will receive a gift certificate.
If the item was not listed as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the donor sent the order to be gifted at a later date, we will refund the donor.
DELIVERY: STANDARD HOME DELIVERY
The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer on the order form, as specified by the Customer.
Unless otherwise indicated on the site during the ordering process or in the description of the products ordered, the seller undertakes in any event to deliver the products within a maximum of thirty (30) days following the conclusion of the contract with a consumer customer.
