The processing time starts from the date you placed your order. It usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order. Once we have processed it, we can ship it.
Delivery
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the order form.
In any case, the seller undertakes to deliver the products within a maximum of thirty days from the conclusion of the contract with a consumer customer, unless otherwise indicated on the site during the ordering process or in the description of the products ordered.
Standard orders take between 3 and 6 working days to arrive.
Tracking your order
You will receive an email notifying you once your order has been shipped. The email will include a unique package tracking number. The status of your order can be viewed by logging in to read-generators.com “My Account”. Click on “My Order” to check the status of your order and/or obtain a tracking number.
It may take a few days after the order is shipped before the tracking number becomes active on the courier system. If the information is not available, please try again later. Rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of updates to the tracking site.
